Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, lovely hot showers, and great views. A pet friendly hotel of this quality/value is unusual, and they were very welcoming to me and my dog. Restaurant/room service is good, and the bed was super comfortable. Good stay on the edge of the city (I was driving out and wanted a head start in the evening before I really started my roadtrip the next day).

I specifically chose this hotel to enjoy calm and quiet after a long flight and it was perfect. the room was with a bath and it was excellent. The location is far away from the city’s hustle and bustle and it takes about 30 minutes to get into anything you’d like to visit. I did not mind this at all- but if you wish to be near restaurants and such .. his hotel is far out. Although there is a very good Asian and another Mexican restaurant below. The hotel’s restaurant also has wonderful food. my daughter became quite ill- and their help for us was above what was expected - calling a doctor who came in the middle of the night.. which I appreciate. THE STAFF … were all hands down - amazing, open and warm hearted .. really they made the place. Thanks everyone for the amazing love and care .

The Hotel is located in a busy area in Toreo, an equally busy location outside the city centre. Easy to access and very clean. The staff are excellent and would do all within their powers to render services

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. It was useful to have a fridge in the room.

The room was clean, quite comfortable (especially the bed), and had all the amenities that I like. The room was in great repair and had a nice modern decor. The lobby was beautiful and had a nice bar in it. Finally, the staff was tremendous. It is great for most of your travel needs. All this for a great price.

Pretty new installation, everything looks modern, new and clean. easy to access and people is helping you in every moment. Quiet place and quiet room, Not that centric because is up left to the Polanco Area, but 10 min in Taxi. Massive Valet parking, so is easy and fast to leave your car there.
